This Privacy Policy explains how Bluegrass Exterior Pros ("we," "us," or "our"), operator of hundleyscustomexteriors.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, shares and protects information about you. Please read it together with our Terms of Use.
Bluegrass Exterior Pros is an independent directory and lead referral service. We are not a contractor and we do not perform construction, siding, gutter or roofing work. When you submit a request, our function is to pass your request to independent third-party contractors who may contact you about it.
Information you give us. When you submit a quote request form we collect your name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, the city or area associated with your request, the service category and urgency you select, any description of the job you choose to write, and the fact and time of your consent to be contacted.
Information collected automatically. We collect the page and full URL of the form you submitted from, whether you are on a mobile or desktop device, your browser user agent string, and any campaign parameters present in the link you arrived through (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and gclid). Our hosting and infrastructure providers process standard server logs, which typically include IP address, request time and requested resource.
Information we do not collect. We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, driver's licence number, financial account numbers, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or precise geolocation. Please do not include any of these in the free-text description field.
When you check the consent box and submit a quote request, you expressly consent to be contacted by Bluegrass Exterior Pros and by one or more of its partner contractors at the telephone number you provided, regarding your request. That contact may include telephone calls and text (SMS) messages, may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice, and may be made even if the number you provide is on a federal or state Do Not Call list.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You do not have to agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts in order to obtain quotes; you can instead call us directly at (800) 555-0221. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
How to revoke consent. You may revoke your consent at any time, by any reasonable means, and we will honor it. Specifically, you can:
Revoking consent with us stops contact from us. Because your request may already have been transmitted to independent contractors who are separate businesses and separate data controllers, you may also need to revoke consent directly with them; we will tell you who received your request if you ask. Revocation does not apply retroactively to messages already sent.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, sharing your request with partner contractors in exchange for consideration may be treated as a "sale" or as "sharing"/"targeted advertising" under some state privacy laws. Where it is, you have the right to opt out — see Section 7.
The Site is intentionally light. We do not set advertising cookies of our own. Campaign parameters are read from the URL of the page you land on and submitted with your request. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may set strictly necessary cookies or process log data for security and performance. If we add analytics or advertising technology in the future we will update this Policy. Because there is no single industry standard, we do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals; we do honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where state law requires it.
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to provide the referral service, to document consent for compliance purposes, and to meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and sell or share; to access it in a portable form; to request correction; to request deletion; to opt out of sale or sharing; to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA); and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. In the twelve months before the date above, the categories we collect are identifiers, commercial information (the service requested), internet and network activity, and inferences drawn only from the foregoing, as described in Section 1, for the purposes described in Section 2 and disclosed to the categories of recipients in Section 4.
Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey and other states with comprehensive privacy laws. Residents of these states have rights to confirm processing and access their data, to correct it, to delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling. Where the applicable law provides a right to appeal a denied request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing us with the word "appeal."
Nevada. Nevada residents may submit a request that we not sell certain covered information.
How to exercise any of these rights. Email privacy@hundleyscustomexteriors.com stating the right you wish to exercise and the email address or phone number you used, so that we can locate your record. We will verify your request by matching the details you provide against our records and will respond within the period required by the applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
The Site is intended for adults arranging work on property. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Business listings, ratings and reviews displayed on city pages are provided by Google and are subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page; please review it periodically.
